• What Could Have Been: According to Fulcon, if the fic had continued, Ino and Daisuke would have worked together to use a mind-body switch jutsu to disable Victor's console access. The final confrontation between Victor and Daisuke would have gone as follows:
  The entire fight, Victor would be having a breakdown, alternating between attacking Daisuke and slamming the ground like an angry child. Daisuke would get the idea to kill him with a nuclear strike (since at this point Daisuke was mortal and Victor was locked out of the console). If the HP damage didn't kill Victor then the radiation poisoning would have. And so Daisuke would have detonated himself like a nuke.

  There would've been two endings, centered on whether the perk Unstoppable procced. If it did, Daisuke survived and Victor did not and we'd get a traditional happy ending. If Unstoppable didn't proc, then we'd get a Fallout esque ending, where the characters explain what happened to themselves in the epilogue before Daisuke was shepherded into the hereafter to finally get the rest he deserved.
