  • The four main heroines were originally a ditzy girly-girl, a shy bookworm, an outgoing and sweet-yet-misunderstood rich girl, and a daydreaming fairy tale-obsessed crossdresser. The fifth? She was supposed to defect from the villains' side.
  • Meran and Korii spoke in Zorn and Thorn-like antimetabole.
  • Amazora's character was originally male and very different from her current incarnation. The Quartet were more archetypal card-carrying types as well.
