- Dueling Works: The game had the misfortune of coming out just before the long-awaited, much-hyped PS2 RPG epic Final Fantasy X. In Japan, there was three weeks between them, while in North America the gap was merely five days. Needless to say, it wasn't a pitched battle, but still, it greatly impacted the game's sales.
