Trivia / 7 Days (1998)

• Acting for Two: Nick Searcy plays Nathan Ramsey and also his brother Nicholas in "Brother, Can You Spare a Bomb".
• Character Outlives Actor: The reason why Ballard left the show and was replaced by Owsley is because his actor Sam Whipple was battling cancer. He died soon afterward.
• Fake American: Frank Parker, played by Aussie Jonathan LaPaglia.
• Fake Russian: Olga Vukovich, played by Justina Vail, a Brit. Ditto for Galina, Olga's Evil Twin, although Fake Belarusian is more appropriate in this case.
• Hostility on the Set: Jonathan LaPaglia and Justina Vail, whose Belligerent Sexual Tension between their characters Frank Parker and Olga Vukavitch was one of the more popular plotlines, did not get along at all when the cameras weren't rolling. Vail actually quit before the end of Season 3, which was one of the contributing factors to UPN not renewing the show for a fourth season.
• You Look Familiar:
  • Ravil Isyanov plays Olga's husband Josef Vukovich (Russia's chrononaut) in "As Time Goes By". Just four episodes later, he plays Russian political officer Anton Kuriyov in "Last Breath".
  • Ben Immanuel plays Walter in the first season episode by the same name and David Harold in the third season episode "The Brink". Confusingly both are similar brilliant but mentally troubled characters who others take advantage of, which makes it easy to mistakenly think at first you are watching Walter return in the second episode.
