• Blooper: During the New York Yankees game the characters attend, the public address announcer voiceover announces the batter for the Boston Red Sox as Andrew Benintendi, when the player shown at-bat in the footage is actually Rafael Devers. Making the error more glaring is the fact that the players look nothing alike, as Benintendi is a light-skinned Italian-American while Devers is a dark-skinned Afro-Latino.

  • Emilia Clarke was initially attached to star, but dropped this film in favor of doing Solo.
  • Zoey Deutch wasn't considered for Harper until Glen Powell recommended her to the creators, having previously worked with her on Everybody Wants Some!!.
