• Ascended Extra: Sam Mainey's and Angela Davies' actors previously played a few NPCs from Reah: Face the Unknown.
• What Could Have Been: The intro was originally planned to have a cutscene showing what happened to the ECS Angel, but this was scrapped in favor of the text that describes it. The DVD and GOG.com releases restore the original cutscene, though.
