Trivia / Sally.exe Continued Nightmare: Eye of Three

• Acting for Two:
  • YuriHaru567 voices most of the female characters in the series except for Amy, Sally, Crally, and Stich-Lite.
  • DarkBox voices almost every male character in the series. The only exceptions are Exetior (see Descended Creator), Chaos Hunter (voiced by quentix hope), Creep and All-Father (voiced by RockyBro10), and Tails (see Cross-Dressing Voices).
• The Cast Showoff: YuriHaru567 was given the opportunity to sing "Escape from the City" for Death Mark 2. Granted, it was a Softer and Slower Cover with different lyrics than the original, and it was for Cream while she was undergoing Sanity Slippage, giving it a sense of an Ironic Nursery Tune.
• Creator Backlash: YuriHaru567 heavily regrets working for the series after the controversy surrounding one of the characters they voiced, Sark Cream.
• Creator's Favorite: Jaiz's favorite characters are Exetior, Amy, and Cream.
• Creator's Pest: Conversely, his least favorite character is Negagen. He doesn't hate Negagen, but finds him a little boring due to him not showing much of his personality.
• Cross-Dressing Voices: YuriHaru567, who identifies as nonbinary, voiced Tails and Inner Tails.
• Dawson Casting: YuriHaru567, a young adult, voiced the eleven-year-old Cream and Tails (whose age is estimated to be between eight and eleven years old).
• Dear Negative Reader: The entirety of the "Outcast Massacre" video was designed with this in mind. The upcoming NU Rewrite does plan to fix this, however.
• Descended Creator: JaizKoys also does the voice of Exetior.
• Disowned Adaptation: Both times, this occured with the old and new co-owners of the original story.
  • JC-the-Hyena and ShannonLove23, the original co-creators of Sonic.exe, have been vocal about their disdain for the way how Exetior is portrayed, and that it insults the very concept of X's character.
  • ASTRANOMICONX and JoeDoughBoi, the new owners of Sonic.exe, have since disowned the Nightmare Universe entirely after the controversy surrounding Sark Cream's backstory and voice actor.
• Enforced Method Acting: In the Nightmare Wiki video spotlighting Sark Amy/Rosy, YuriHaru567 was actually in tears during one point in the video.
• Multiple Languages, Same Voice Actor: JaizKoys voices Exetior in both English and Russian (and Exetior speaks English in a rather heavy accent). Justified, as Russian is Jaiz's native language.
• No Export for You: The game has only been available in English and Russian. Even so, the English translation is broken in some parts of the game.
• Outdated by Canon: Notably, the first Exe-Line video is the only one out of the four that is outdated.
• Playing Against Type: YuriHaru567, who normally voices heroic or otherwise nice characters, played the rather bratty Sark Cream.
• Promoted Fanboy:
  • typical_355 and SehikuTH were both fan-artists who ended up drawing art for Jaiz's games. typical posted her art on the Russian social media site VK, while Sehiku posted her art to Twitter.
  • YuriHaru567 and ChicaSepticEye were fans of Jaiz's work long before they were cast as voice actors.
• The Other Darrin: Amy and Sally have both had at least three different voice actors throughout the many releases Jaiz had done.
  • Amy was first voiced by PurpleFryz, but she stopped once she left the fandom. RainbowPanda4206 voiced the character from Wonders of Naivety to Death Mark, and ChicaSepticEye is her current voice actor in the Exe-Line dub on Mastered UI Kostas' channel.
  • Sally was voiced by an unknown voice actress in Continued Nightmare, but RainbowPanda4206 voiced her in Wonders of Naivety. ChicaSepticEye took over the role in the Exe-Line dub on Mastered UI Kostas' channel.
  • To a lesser extent, Stich-Lite was voiced by an unknown voice actress in Continued Nightmare, but RainbowPanda4206 voiced the character in many of Mastered UI Kostas' gameplay videos.
• Underage Casting: RainbowPanda and ChicaSepticEye were both teenagers when they were cast as Sally Nettle, a character who is supposed to be in her mid-twenties.
• Why Fandom Can't Have Nice Things: Ever since the announcement of Sally.exe Finished Nightmare (which is supposedly a continuation of the old NB timeline), Jaiz decided to put the Nightmare Beginning remake on hold to focus on this new project. Unfortunately, this has led to many people in the fandom to rant that Jaiz "doesn't care about his fans", to the point where he himself suffered a Creator Breakdown and showed a couple of mundane update videos just to please those "fans". At that moment, he was very close to cancelling the Nightmare Beginning remake altogether.
• Word of God: Jaiz answers many questions about the Nightmare Universe, sometimes about the most mundane things, on Discord.
• Word of Saint Paul: Some people close to Jaiz, a prominent example being Mastered UI Kostas, have also answered questions about the series.
