- Corpsing: Burst out laughing and gave Paul a Flat "What" when he made his 'lozzers' quote.
- Funny Character, Boring Actor: Inverted for Carl, who plays the serious member of the team. A glance at the Irish Gainz videos shows he's just as fun and goofy as Paul out of character.
- Playing Against Type:
- Normally a heel, Carl appeared as a Face for the short-lived Full Throttle Wrestling.
- He also became the Butt-Monkey of the Woke Queens, seeing him adopt a much goofier and ditzier persona.
- Throw It In!:
- In their first promo together, Paul got his line wrong. Instead of referring to Carl as "getting rough", he said "he likes it rough". Carl's Double Take was genuine.
- In another promo, Paul improvised shouting out "lozzers" and got a Flat "What" from Carl in response.
- What Could Have Been:
- A singles match was planned between them for PLW. But that promotion ceased operation and it never happened.
- Paul initially was going to call himself Mr Vain, but he switched to making 'The Stuff' his Red Baron and dropped the vanity from his persona.
