• What Could Have Been:
  • The record was originally supposed to feature a song called "Queen For A Day", which would have been Ace Frehley's lead vocal debut. The song was cut at the last minute and not released until their box set came out.
  • According to Paul Stanley, "Hard Luck Woman" was originally written with Rod Stewart in mind. However, after the success of "Beth" from Destroyer, the band decided to keep it for themselves and record it with Peter Criss on vocals.
