• Actor Allusion: One scene calls attention to Jurgen's (played by Richard Sammel) Iron Cross medal, which may be a reference to Inglorious Basterds, in which Sammel's character also carries an Iron Cross which is noticed by other characters.
• Billing Displacement: Sergio Rubin, who plays Giovanni the Italian partisan, is billed first. His character is however secondary to the Brazilian squadron and Jurgen, who are billed after. The Italian poster even features him a lot more prominently.
• Development Hell: This movie was filmed and concluded in 2012, it's been in search for support and distrubition for three years.
• Dyeing for Your Art: It's primarily set in the freezing cold Italian hills, and it was primarily filmed in the freezing cold Italian hills, meaning the actors nearly froze to death during filming.
