  • Chart Displacement: Zig-zagged; all of their #1 country hits are fairly well-known, but the Hot 100 and AC charts tell a different story. Their only #1 on AC was the Warren Hill collab "Tell Me What You Dream", which is now a very obscure song, while their highest Hot 100 entry is the also comparatively lesser-known "When She Cries".
  • Missing Episode: Their first post-reunion release was a patriotic song called "Torch of Freedom", which was only given limited distribution as a promotional single.
  • One-Hit Wonder: Not the band itself obviously, but a few associated acts have been:
    • Larry Stewart himself was when he parted for a solo career. "Alright Already" went to #5 on the Hot Country Songs charts, but nothing else he put out as a solo artist made any noise.
    • During the band's hiatus, John Dittrich founded a new group called The Buffalo Club. They recorded one album in 1997 and had a #9 country hit with "If She Don't Love You". The followup singles both faltered, Dittrich quit before the third, and the label closed, leaving the band defunct in less than a year.
    • "Tell Me What You Dream" featured Canadian smooth jazz saxophonist Warren Hill, and it remains his only chart hit to date.
  • The Pete Best: Verlon Thompson was the original lead singer, but he quit before the first single.
