• Development Hell: The first demo was released in 1999. The full game was released in 2008, nine years later.
• No Export for You: RefleX Orignial Soundtrack++, which features tracks from the trial version that are not available in the globally-available Bandcamp version of the soundtrack, was only released in Japan.
• What Could Have Been: There were plans to have a sequel to the game, Reflection 2.
