• The Cast Showoff: Every time there was an episode featuring Jean-Lou's rocker girlfriend Beth, they always featured at least one song, allowing the actors to show off their singing skills.
• Cast the Runner-Up: Robin Aubert was initially offered the role of Carl, but he insisted on playing Léo instead.
• Fake Nationality: Maria Lopez is born of Chilean parents, but her actress Rachel Fontaine is French-Canadian.
• Out of Order: At the end of the episode where Carl is forced to wear a hotdog mascot costume, Jocelyne mentions that she's no longer with her ex Gilbert. The problem is that she dumped Gilbert in the episode where Maria is making a workout video for a contest, which is a few episodes later.
• Playing Their Own Twin:
  • In addition to playing Rodolphe Giroux, Pierre Claveau also once played his brother, Raymond, during the Season 3 finale.
  • Sylvie Potvin, who played Mrs. Champoux (the school's cafeteria cook), also played the latter's sister for one episode from Season 4.
  • Alejandro Moran played Maria's uncle, Rodriguo, during a Season 5 episode. In that same episode, he also appeared for one scene as her father, Ramon.
• Production Posse: The show was created by Louis Saia and François Jobin, who both served as directors. The former was also a stage director and script editor for the first three seasons. Many actors who worked on this show also worked on other productions of his (such as Les Boys), including François Chénier, Michel Charette, Micheline Bernard, Alexis Martin, Pierre Claveau, Serge Thériault, etc.
• Technology Marches On: Given that it was made between 1995 and 2001, several things have changed since then. This includes the presence of bulky computer screens, as opposed to the flat ones we have today.
• Written by Cast Member: Bruno Blanchet, who played Galgouri, also wrote the scripts for all three Season 4 episodes where his character appeared, including his First Appearance.
• You Look Familiar:
  • Jean-Guy Bouchard played the role of Mr. St-Georges, a janitor who appeared in a Season 2 episode. Later, during a Season 5 episode, he played the role of a secret agent named Laurent Dion.
  • André Gauthier played both a cop during an episode of Season 4 (who is revealed at the end to be Galgouri's neighbor) and another cop in a Season 5 episode (who is in charge of investigating a car accident involving Mr. Giroux).
