  • Acting for Two:
    • For the audio drama:
      • Ke Muqing voices Yu Shengyan, Yan Shou, Fan Yuanbai and Su Qiao.
      • Besides acting as the announcer every episode, Zhao Yang also voices Huo Xijing, Yue Kunchi and Su Wei.
      • Liu Yuxuan voices Yu Ai and Yuwen Yong.
      • Liu Beichen voices Xue Ting, Ruan Hailou, and Kong Zeng.
    • For the Animated Adaptation:
      • Ke Muqing voices Yu Shengyan, Chen Gong and Li Qingyu.
      • Zhang Pengfei voices Murong Qin, Zhan Ziqian and Yan Zhiwen.
      • Zhao Yang voices both Kunye and Huo Xijing.
      • Wang Yuhang voices Tan Yuanchun and Mu Ti (Mu Tipo).
  • Completely Different Title: The novel is titled Qian Qiu, or "Thousand Autumns". On the other hand, the Animated Adaptation is titled Shan He Jian Xin (which is translatable to "Mountain and Rivers, Heart of the Sword"); although the donghua does keep the original title of the novel as the adaptation's sub-title.
  • Directed by Cast Member: Ke Muqing (who voices Yu Shengyan and a few other characters) is the voice director of the audio drama. He's also the voice director of the donghua alongside Xia Lei (who voices Shen Qiao).
  • The Other Darrin: For the Animated Adaptation:
    • Ke Muqing replaces Shen Dawei as Chen Gong's voice actor. Consequently, Shen Dawei voices Guang Lingsan instead in the donghua.
    • In the audio drama, Liu Beichen voiced Xue Ting; but in the donghua, he voices Puliuru Jian.
    • Xie Tiantian is Yu Ai's voice actor instead of Liu Yuxuan, who voiced the character in the audio drama.
  • Role Reprise: Most of the voice actors from the audio drama play their characters once again in the Animated Adaptation, such as Xia Lei (Shen Qiao), Wu Lei (Yan Wushi), Ke Muqing (Yu Shengyan), Du Qingqing (Bai Rong) and Feng Junhua (Yuan Xiuxiu).
