- George Lucas Altered Version: The first chapter went through a bit of a rewrite, and some pages received minor changes or even full on redraws. The same happened to a few pages in "Facing Reality."
- Real Life Writes the Plot: Part of the reason the comic is on hiatus is the Russian invasion of Ukraine, which disrupts things for the Russian RusCSI.
- What Could Have Been:
- The story was originally going to be MUCH longer, but was eventually shaved down to seven chapters. This is also why every chapter after Facing Reality is significantly longer than the ones before.
- Burner, TJ, and Electroy were originally going to survive the Darker attack in "Courage of the Cowardly Dragon" unscathed. It was changed to Electroy and Burner losing a foot and tailtip respectively.
- Similarily, one of the above were going to get petrified by Medusa, which was dropped.
- Vale and Burner were apparently going to be female at one point in development.
