Trivia / Pulseman

  • Keep Circulating the Tapes: Pulseman was one of the many Sega Channel exclusives released, meaning that any trace of the game in America was lost when Sega discontinued the service. It was released on Nintendo's Wii Virtual Console service in 2009, but was once again lost when that service was discontinued. It is currently available as part of the Expansion Pack tier of the Nintendo Switch Online subscription service, but if you want to properly own the game, physical copies from Japan can go for absurdly high prices on sites like eBay.
  • No Export for You: The game wasn't released physically outside of Japan, though it was available on the Sega Channel. It would eventually be re-released globally in 2009 on the Wii Virtual Console.
  • Working Title: The game was initially known as Spark, even having a pamphlet that came with the game using its original logo. Further proving this is Beatrice having her "Be careful!" line cut short from "Be careful, Spark!"
