• What Could Have Been: Originally, Patricia Ja Lee was to take Valerie Vernon's spot while she underwent leukemia treatment, becoming the only PR actor to go three straight iterations (Turbo, In Space, Lost Galaxy). Cassie was supposed to stay behind, presumably having given up her Astro Morpher out of guilt, blaming herself for Kendrix's death. Cassie would've enrolled in the GSA, eventually receiving the Pink Quasar Saber; a full episode was even shot. Unfortunately, contract negotiations broke down and Lee departed. This did allow producers to bring in Melody Perkins, marking the only time the Big Bad from one season became a Ranger the following season.
