- Future planned 3D episodes were cancelled due to a change in developers, and their stories were later presented in Retraux RPG form.
- The developers of Episode 3 originally planned to kill off the player character from the first two games very early on in the episode, but Tycho nixed the idea. The second DLC reveals why.
