- The original blog the comic was posted to was made private before the release of OMORI, leaving the pages to be preserved through reblogs.
- A digital version of the comic can be found on Omocat's blog, but physical copies of the Omori's Story comic have been out of print for years.
- What Could Have Been: The webcomic would have originally been followed up by a graphic novel explaining more about Omori and the world he lives in. Ideas for the book, such as the concept of White Space and the neighbors having real world appearances, were eventually used for what would become OMORI.
