- Creative Differences: Why Muenzner and Grossmann left. Neither of them were getting along with Suicmez at all and felt like glorified session players. The autocratic structure of the band definitely didn't help.
- Development Hell: The third album, which has been in production since 2008/2009, but no word has been released. With Muhammed out of music, it will never be released (if it ever existed to begin with).
- Screwed by the Network / Music Is Politics: Apparently the reason why a new album never materialized; according to Muhammed, he got into a dispute with Relapse and got all label support yanked for his trouble.
