  • Keep Circulating the Tapes: The mobile games have since been delisted from app storefronts.
  • Invisible Advertising: The Nintendo Switch port was prominently featured on the Japanese Nintendo Direct and on Nintendo's Japanese social media accounts (along with the then-upcoming Switch ports of Espgaluda II and DoDonPachi Resurrection), but despite getting a same-day international release it did not get any promotion from Nintendo whatsoever overseas. The most promotion it got outside of Japan were on CAVE's Twitter account and localized trailers on the YouTube channel of Live Wire, the team in charge of the CAVE ports for Switch.
  • Late Export for You: The first game was released in Japan in 2004, but did not get a Western release until the iOS version until 2011. In terms of versions of the game with traditional controls, the West did not get one until the Steam release in 2015, eleven years after the release of the arcade original.
  • No Export for You: Played straight with the arcade version of Futari; played with by the 360 port of Futari, which is region-free.
    • The original game, Futari 1.5, and Futari Black Label have all been ported to iDevices however, with full English translations.
    • The original game is now on Steam along with the Version 1.5 DLC being an optional purchase.
