- Accidentally-Correct Writing: One of his jokes goes as follows:"I was over at a friend's house and she said 'You'll have to sleep on the floor.' [beat] Damn gravity! Got me again! You don't know how badly I want to sleep on the wall!"
- As it happens, astronauts in space (where gravity is so weak it may as well be nonexistent) do not, in fact sleep on the floor, courtesy of there not really being one. They sleep in a sleeping bag that is secured to the ship's wall.
- Died During Production: 2008 release Do You Believe In Gosh? was recorded by Mitch in early 2005, and he wouldn't live to see its eventual release as he was found dead a mere two months afterward.
