Outdated by Canon: Black Widow was written back during the start of Phase 3 of the MCU, and a lot of Natasha's backstory was relegated to what was shown in the first two Avengers films. With the release of her solo film, many details from the fic clash with what the movie established. Most notably, Yelena is shown to have been killed by Natasha during their training in the Red Room when they were children, whereas her canon counterpart survived to adulthood and eventually outlived Natasha following her sacrifice in Avengers: Endgame.
Sequel Gap: Age of Ultron: Redux was uploaded to FanFiction.Net on May 30, 2015 and to Archive of Our Own on April 4, 2016. Age of Ultron Redux: Fic Version was also uploaded to AO3 on April 4, 2016. The next installment New Avengers was uploaded to AO3 on July 26, 2017.
