• Completely Different Title: The series is known in Italy as Lupin III - Ritorno alle origini.^note Return to the origins
• Directed by Cast Member: The English dub was once again directed by Richard Epcar, who also played Daisuke Jigen.
• Fake Nationality: The French Albert d'Andrésy is played by the Japanese Kenjiro Tsuda.
• Outlived Its Creator: The final episode proclaims that Lupin and his crew aren't quitting anytime soon, new facial reading tech or not, and will keep doing heists for as long as they're able. Sadly, on April 11, 2019, Lupin's creator, Kazuhiko Katō, a.k.a. Monkey Punch, passed away. This is made even more sadder when you consider the final arc was practically a celebration of the Lupin franchise featuring cameos of various characters from the manga, previous TV series and movies.
