• Executive Meddling: Lukas Kendall recounted how the MPAA gave him and Robert Nathan tips on how to change the movie's rating from NC-17 to R, which in a sense meant expensive reshoots of almost all of their footage. By the seven-minute mark, the MPAA had written down so many notes that they gave in and accepted the NC-17 rating. They then wrote a scathing article where they called out the MPAA's rating guidelines.
