• Based on a Dream: According to Dan's April 2024 Devlog, parts of the game came to him from a recurring casino dream.
• Tribute to Fido: Pizza the Cat and Nori and Lefty the Rabbits are designed after the creator's real-life pets, and the game itself is dedicated in memory of Pizza and Nori.
