• Acclaimed Flop: And how. Those who played it consider it to be the best game of 2009, and it received extremely positive reviews. Unfortunately, it sold terribly despite being considered to be on equal quality to some of Nintendo's other AAA titles on the Wii. It didn't help that although it has a kiddy art style, the game is actually quite dark in places, earning it a T rating that made it difficult to find an audience type.
• Creator Killer: Little King's Story's poor sales ended up being the death knell for Cing, who filed for bankruptcy less than a year after the game's release.
• Creator's Oddball: Most of Cing's catalog consists of adventure games, with this being the only Real-Time Strategy/Eastern RPG game among them.
