• Creator's Favorite Episode: Yoko Shimomura has stated in interviews that her composition for this game is her personal favorite, as well as the one that best expresses herself. Her work on ''Legend'' is not as well-known comparatively; she is most famous for her contributions to various other titles such as Kingdom Hearts and Mario & Luigi.
• Marth Debuted in "Smash Bros.": The Bronze Auditorium has a full set of statues depicting (most of) the heroes of Trials of Mana, as well as a few of the villains. It was their first official appearance stateside until their own game was finally released about twenty years later.
