Trivia / Leaving the Cradle

• Colbert Bump: While the fanbase is still relatively small, it did experience a minor boost in popularity after it was featured in a Artifexian World Lang Review Showcase … Thing video.
• Fandom Life Cycle: Currently in Stage 1, but the webcomic has been gradually getting more attention.
• Schedule Slip: Early on, the update schedule used to be highly irregular and the author points out that it stopped entirely for half a year at one point, almost resulting in the webcomic becoming an Orphaned Series. Thankfully, it has been averted midway through Chapter 2.
• What Could Have Been: After Zane's conversation with Shuru in Chapter 5, another conversation was supposed to happen between Zane and the Ktak Matriarch about the possibility of the latter teaching humanity the religion of their species. It was cut after the author realized that it was useless to the plot and hurt the pacing, since it would've added several pages that was essentially on the same topic as before.
