• Died During Production: Both Rich Cronin and Devin Lima died during potential revival projects for LFO, ending the band for good.
• The Pete Best: Brian Gillis left the band in 1999, and was replaced by Devin Lima. The early incarnation of the band was barely known, most people don't even know that Gillis was even a part of the band.
• Sleeper Hit: "Summer Girls" was just made for a demo tape, but got accidentally leaked to a radio station. The group themselves didn't expect it to do so well.
• Stunt Casting: Subverted. Although "Girl On TV"'s video featuring Jennifer Love Hewitt seems like this, not only was she dating Rich Cronin at the time, but the song was written about her.
