Trivia / Kirby Adventure

  • Creator Backlash: Ultizeta wasn't happy with how they wrote most of the comic, citing the characters as flat, with most "character development" just being adding more detail to their character traits rather than actually changing the characters.
  • Schedule Slip: The comic had this at the beginning of 2012, due to the author losing Photoshop after getting a new computer. It continued once he got it back.
    • The comic had about five individual updates in the span of over a year, from March 2015 to April 2016. This was quite the schedule slip for a comic that normally updates approximately 1.5 times a week on average.
  • Trolling Creator: Ultizeta has Zykan kill off Not-Keito, in the exact same way he killed Keito to boot, because he thought it'd be funny. The fanbase wasn't pleased.
Ultizeta: It's the Pac-Man trauma. It never left me.
  • What Could Have Been:
    • Several segments were cut from the comic in order to bring about its conclusion sooner. Perhaps the most notable was "Break", where the Ghost Coin transports Kaxo to a dystopian Alternate Timeline ruled by Necrodeus, with Kaxo teaming up with a group of Freedom Fighters led by Talzo to find the Ghost Coin and change the timeline back.
    • Talzo was original a disgruntled former client of the KAS who was angry at them for not accepting his mission. His backstory was later changed to make him much more misguided.
    • Wake/Fune was also at first planned to be much more villainous, actually killing Aika upon his reveal. He also didn't have any connection to MSG originally. His species was also changed several times. Originally, he and Nameless were part of species created by the author, though they were later changed to being Antrs from Kirby: Triple Deluxe before eventually becoming a Droppy and a Maiga respectively.
    • The antagonist of Master of Puppets was at first going to be an OC that resembled Wiz called Puppetmaster. However, it was later changed to be Master Green.
    • Similarly, Mysterious Shadowy Guy's was originally a reincarnated Zero, but the author changed it to Miracle Matter after realizing how overused the idea was.
