  • Jackson Beck was King Leonardo and Biggy Rat. Allen Swift was Odie, Itchy and the narrator.
  • In "The Hunter" segments, Kenny Delmar voiced the titular character and his nephew Horace, along with narrating the episodes. Ben Stone voiced both Officer Flim Flanigan and The Fox.
• Edited for Syndication: After NBC dropped the show,, it was repackaged as a 15-minute daily series under the title The King and Odie.

  • The Matrix Neo says "Mr. Wizard, get me the hell out of here!"
  • In the Mystery Science Theater 3000 feature "Rocketship X-M," Tom Servo cracks "Help, Mr. Wizard! I don't wanna be an astronaut anymore!" Later in "The Magic Sword", Joel uses Mr. Wizard's catchphrase.
  • The Replacements quote Mr. Wizard's catchphrase ("Drizzle, Drazzle, Drozzle, Drome ... time for this one to come home" catch phrase) in "Hold My Life".
