• On-Set Injury: Filming the final scene where the main characters played by Ray Lui, Sibelle Hu and Moon Lee have to jump out of a window, over an exploding balcony, the explosion is poorly-timed and triggers earlier than expected. While Ray is first to leap out and is unharmed, Moon and Sibelle aren't as lucky, especially Sibelle who needs a skin transplant and spending months to recover after the incident (in the film itself her character is engulfed entirely in flames, which was NOT supposed to happen, but it did).
