- Executive Meddling: This ended up being Joker's final, if unplanned, appearance in the DCAU (at least in terms of production order). Following this Season, of course, Joker fell victim to the Bat-Embargo that placed all Gotham characters (aside from the DCAU incarnation of Batman himself) off-limits to the DCAU creative team.
- The Original Darrin: In the French dub of "Injustice for All", the Joker was voiced by Pierre Hatet. During the character's cameos in "Only a Dream" and "A Better World", he was instead voiced by Roland Timsit and Constantin Pappas respectively. For the Joker's final DCAU appearance, he is once again voiced by Hatet.
- Playing Against Type: Done with in regard to the Royal Flush Gang's female members in regard to their actresses' Teen Titans counterparts. Hynden Walch plays the more Raven-like Ace while Tara Strong plays Starfire counterpart Queen.
- Role Reprise: Arleen Sorkin returns as Harley Quinn for her only appearance in Justice League (and also for the final time in the DCAU). Mark Hamill likewise reprises the role of the Joker for his final DCAU appearance (though of course he'd go on to continue voicing the character in other media).
