- Real Song Theme Tune: The chorus of Warren Zevon's "Lawyers, Guns And Money" was used for the opening sequence. Also a pretty good use of Second Verse Curse (cutting right before "the shit has hit the fan"-which has happened to anybody who is desperate enough to hire TNT&G).
- What Could Have Been: Before it was decided to name this series "Justice", the name "American Crime", which would be used for a Show Within a Show, was considered.
