• Blooper:
  • The profile picture of Mamenchisaurus shows a Brachiosaurus instead. The 1.4 update fixed this issue.
  • To a lesser extent, the profile picture of Stegosaurus depicts it in its old model (with droopy tail) rather than its in-game one.
• Dueling Works: An incredibly one-sided example with Mesozoica, which was made by a breakaway group of the team developing Prehistoric Kingdom. Due to that gate launching as a bug-ridden mess a few months prior to Evolution launching, the latter decidedly won this fight.
• The Other Darrin:
  • A.J. Locascio takes the place of Owen Grady instead of Chris Pratt.
  • Due to Richard Attenborough passing away in 2014 Mackenzie Gray was brought in to voice John Hammond in the Return to Jurassic Park DLC.
• Role Reprise:
  • Jeff Goldblum lends his voice as Dr. Ian Malcolm once more.
  • Bryce Dallas Howard and B.D. Wong return as Claire Dearing and Dr. Henry Wu, respectively
  • Sam Neill and Laura Dern return as Alan Grant and Ellie Sattler in the Return to Jurassic Park DLC.
