Trivia / Izuna: Legend of the Unemployed Ninja

• Follow the Leader: It's a Mystery Dungeon-esque Roguelike on the Nintendo DS starring an unemployed female Ninja instead of a male wanderer. It also predated Shiren the Wanderer's DS remake by six months (June 8, 2006 vs. December 14, 2006).
• No Export for You:
  • A compilation package of the two games was only released in Japan. The compilation package's cover featured some of the girls in an onsen setting, which tricked many into believing it was an H-Game.
  • An original soundtrack for the game was also never released elsewhere.

Other trivia:

• The series' character artwork was done by doujin mangaka Yoshida-On, who made a little-known H-doujinshi titled Kesson Shoujo (Defected Girl) about Bikko, a girl who lost her left leg and her right eye from an accident. This character was inspired by an acquaintance of Yoshida-On who lost an arm and some of her fingers in a car accident but didn't let her disabilities get in the way and still held a positive outlook on life.
