• Keep Circulating the Tapes: The PC version hasn't been legally available for a long time, but continues to be played.
• Screwed by the Lawyers: Roxor was sued over this game due to it having the exact same gameplay as DDR, and its cabinet conversion kits to turn DDR EXTREME cabinets into ITG ones (the concept of having arcade cabinets that can be retrofitted for different games is, by the way, Older Than the NES).
• Vapor Ware: In the Groove 3 was shelved after the Konami lawsuit. However, when unused content from the game emerged, a project was established to create a Fan Remake Game Mod to "complete" it (some of the songs would also officially surface on Pump it Up Pro).
