• Alan Smithee: Many crew members went under pseudonyms. Producer David F Friedman is Herman Traeger, screenwriter John CW Saxon is Jonah Royston, actor George Buck Flower as CD Lafleuer and co-star Richard Kennedy as Wolfgang Roehm. The editor is thought to be a case as well, as no other film editing credit exists for Kurt Schmidt.
• Banned in China: Banned in Norway, Australia and Germany.
• California Doubling: Set in Germany's Buchenwald concentration camp, and filmed entirely in America.
• Completely Different Title
  • German: Die Hündin von Liebeslager 7 ("The Bitch of Love Camp 7")
  • Japanese: イルザ ナチ女収容所 悪魔の生体実験 ("Ilsa: Nazi Woman, Biological Experiment Camp of the Devil")
  • Korean: 일자, 나치 친위대의 색녀 ("Ilsa, Whore of the Nazis")
  • Tagalog: Si Elsa Koch: Ang Halimaw ng SS! ("Elsa Koch: The Monster of the SS!")
• Creator Backlash: Director Don Edmunds called the screenplay "the worst piece of shit I ever read."
• Creator's Favourite Episode: Dynne Thorne's favourite in the series is Ilsa: Tigress of Sibera, which was the most fun for her to make.
• Fake Nationality: Dyanne Thorne was obviously American playing the German camp guard Ilsa.
• Follow the Leader: Greenlit following the success of Love Camp 7. They even got the producer of that, David F Freidman, to produce this too.
• Production Posse: Dr Binz was played by George Buck Flower, who had collaborated with Don Edmunds and David F Friedman before, and had starred with Dyanne Thorne in other films.
• Throw It In!: The first torture scene wasn't in the script, and Dyanne Thorne didn't know it would be done until she showed up on set.
• What Could Have Been:
  • The first choice for Ilsa was Phyllis Davis, who would later be best known for the series Vega$ (1978). Dyanne Thorne was the second choice and initially turned it down, thinking the script was awful, but changed her mind when a friend vouched for Don Edmunds.
  • Dyanne Thorne was repulsed by the dildo scene (which wasn't in the script) and refused to perform it. After a couple of days, they asked "what if someone else does it with you, you can sit there and boss them" and she agreed.
