• Channel Hop: Aired on CITV from 2006 until 2019, at which point it migrated completely to Nicktoons.
• Cross-Dressing Voices:
  • Lizzie Waterworth as Henry, Emma Tate as Peter, Aidan Cook as Miss Battle-Axe, Joanna Ruiz as Stuck-Up Steve and Wayne Forester as Nasty Nicola.
  • Weepy William's dad is voiced by Tamsin Heatley.
• Disowned Adaptation: Francesca Simon admitted that she doesn't like the animated programme or Horrid Henry: The Movie, as she feels that they are nothing like Horrid Henry.
• Dub Name Change: in different languages:
  • Polish dub: Koszmarny Karolek
  • French dub: Lucas La Cata
  • German dub: Henry der Schreckliche
  • Norwegian dub: Rampete Robin
• Dueling Dubs:
  • There are three different French translations for the book series, each owned by a different major publisher (Hachette, Livre de Poche, and Gallimard). Gallimard's translation started in 2011, and this version was used for the live-action film.
  • Even the cartoon received a completely different translation, calling Horrid Henry "Lucas la Cata"^note "cata" being short for "catastrophe".
• Late Export for You: In Canada, the series did not premiere until 2018 as part of the launch lineup for Toon-A-Vision.
• Production Posse: Some of the voice actors, including Wayne Forester, Tamsin Heatley and Aidan Cook, have also worked on other Novel Entertainment shows The Fimbles and The Roly Mo Show.
• Short Run in Peru: The first 22 episodes of series 5 premiered on Netflix before airing on Nicktoons.
• Unfinished Dub: The series' French dub only covers Series 1 only.
• What Could Have Been: In the books, Moody Margaret was originally going to be a boy named "Moody Martin". However, this did not go down with author Francesca Simon's husband, who thought the character would be too much like Horrid Henry, so Moody Martin was changed to be a girl named Moody Margaret instead.
