• Author's Saving Throw:
  • The creators of the game decided to move the scene in which Amber and Marina encounter Jumbo to the Legacy Content menu, since they felt it trivialized the danger young women might face in a situation like that and didn't like how Amber was characterized in that situation (slipping off and leaving Marina to talk to Jumbo while she took the air out of his tires).
  • Originally, the achievement for completing the game in "Extreme" mode required doing the entire game, but after players complained, the developers reduced it to just the first stretch of the drive, which is a fraction of the total time..
• Creator Backlash: The scene with Jumbo, the sleazy trucker. Because the creators disliked the scene and how it made light of the danger women might face in a situation like that, the scene got moved to the Legacy Content menu.
• Creator's Favorite: According to the artbook, Tess is the creators' favorite character.
• The Other Darrin: Marina has a different VA for the 18+ scenes, "Mara Wilkins" (likely a pseudonym).
• What Could Have Been:
  • Amber and Marina were originally going to be named after the Tanami and Sechura deserts in Australia and Peru, respectively.
  • Joe was originally going to be The Stoner, but the creators decide Tess and Mariah needed a positive influence in their life and wanted a positively portrayed male character in their visual novel.
  • The artbook notes that the blackjack scene was originally going to be a poker game, but since neither Josh nor Syon knew how to play poker, they chose to have Amber and Mariah play blackjack against each other. Of course, Josh then acknowledged that he and Syon didn't really know how to play blackjack, either.
