• Role-Ending Misdemeanor:
  • James, a new employee, was fired after punching a hole on a door in anger, after all the lengths Seth went in defending him for his previous mistakes.
  • Tressa, another employee, was disciplined after moving a watch from the counter to online sales (so she could purchase it for herself) without Ashley's permission. She was later fired on the spot after waving her fingers at Ashley and calling her a bitch.
  • Joe, the original head of security, was arrested and fired for stealing scrap gold.
  • Likewise, Christina, a window clerk, was arrested for pawning fake jewellery to the store. Les was convinced that she has an accomplice and offered to let it go if she spill the beans, but Christina said she was working alone.
  • Rich was sent home for a day after unknowingly offending Les, saying that he is more loyal to the store than his own kids. He eventually returned to apologize, and Les took him back, but not without being put through lots of hard tasks to get back on Les's good side.
