• Dummied Out: There are a few unused maps within the game's files that can only be accessed through the game's Debug Menu.
  • There's a map known as the Spiral Staircase that was a part of the Twin Towers, it would depict the evolution of life while Justin and Leen take the lift to the top of the tower.
  • The Zil Desert has two maps where all the monsters have been infected by Gaia similar to the Savannah Wilderness and the Luzet Mountains.
  • The Spirit Sanctuary has two additional maps with several unused enemies and bosses. ^note These two maps can only be loaded on the Sega Saturn version, trying to load the maps on the Playstation version will crash the game.
