• Shout-Out: The characters Abraham Burden and Jack Maslow. Take the first name from the first and the last name from the last and you get Abraham Maslow, the psychologist who created the "Maslow's hierarchy of needs," quite fittingly for a game in which said needs are so often denied.
• What Could Have Been: Kick Starter shows that the game could have also gotten an voice acting, New Game +, (Which is missing from the game, along with it's permadeath function.) Online Scoreboards, (Were working on the release, but now they are not.) Multilanguage support. (Instead, fan-translated versions exist for others to install, for example Russian Version is not in the game, while in the prototype there was one featured.)
