In the anime, Yukinari was voiced by Mamiko Noto, Kirie by Chiwa Saitō, Kazuharu by Ryōtarō Okiayu, Lisa by Yuki Matsuoka, Koyomi by Masayo Kurata and Maharu by Sayaka Ohara. Ayako Kawasumi (Miharu Sena Kanaka) is the only voice actress to reprise her role for the anime.

- Recast as a Regular: In the English dub, Hunter MacKenzie Austin voiced a Mizuno High School student in episode 2, before going on to voice Lisa Fukuyama for the rest of the series.
- Role Reprise:
- Ayako Kawasumi voices Miharu Sena Kanaka in the drama CD releases and would later reprise the role for the anime adaptation.
- All of the anime's main voice actors reprised their roles for the Romance15's video game.
- She Also Did: Miharu Sena Kanaka was voiced by Michelle Ruff in the English dub. Ruff had dubbed another Ayako Kawasumi-voiced character, Aoi Sakuraba, two years earlier.
- You Sound Familiar: In the Romance15's video game, Aya Hisakawa (Hijiri Kanata) voices Akira and Natsuko Kuwatani (Lilica Stacy) voices a maid.
