- Dummied Out: The Super Famicom version of Genocide 2 was originally going to use a more lengthy opening sequence but it was cut short, however the full intro is still in the game's code. The full version can be accessed by using Pro Action Replay.
- Keep Circulating the Tapes: These games are very rare to come by, especially the obscure MS-DOS version of Genocide 2.
- No Export for You: The entire series never saw a release anywhere outside of Japan (and in the MS-DOS version of the sequel's case, Korea), not even the Super Famicom version of Genocide 2 got released anywhere else despite being developed by British developers.
