- Acting for Two: With the exceptions of Gadget Boy (Don Adams), Agent Heather (Tara Strong), and Spydra (Louise Vallance), nearly every main character is voiced by Maurice LaMarche.
- Actor Allusion: In the Adventures in History season, Gadget Boy (voiced by Don Adams like the original Inspector Gadget), frequently quotes Maxwell Smart, most notably "Missed it by that much" as well as "And...loving it."
- Adored by the Network: The UK versions of Cartoon Network and Boomerang played four hours of nothing but this show every night at 2:00am-5:00am from 2002 until 2009, simply to fulfill European content requirements.
- What Could Have Been:
- The show was originally going to be called ''Gadget Girl''◊ and it would have focused on a Distaff Counterpart of Inspector Gadget. Gadget Girl ended up getting seperated into Gadget Boy and Agent Heather.
- After the characters were separated, Gadget Boy was originally conceived as a baby, before he was aged up in the finished product. Ads for DIC's Fall '95 lineup on various magazine (such as the one in a Broadcasting issue (page 35)) still featured the artwork with the character as an infant.
