• Distanced from Current Events:
  • Tokyopop changed the name of the Twin Towers to "The Double Tower Building" in Volume 9. It doesn't help that it is attacked by the series' resident terrorist bomber.
  • The anime sidesteps this by adding more towers and renames it the Quad Towers.
• No Export for You: Funimation's initial release of the anime didn't include the Redial OVA, but they managed to dub it in 2017 when they included it in the Blu-ray/DVD set.
• Voiced Differently in the Dub: Yuki's Japanese voice was provided by Misuzu Togashi, which makes him sound high pitched and rather feminine. His voice in the English Dub, provided by Josh Grelle, is much deeper and more masculine. The English Dub also makes him more of a Deadpan Snarker.
