• Schedule Slip: The 3.0 update was supposed to release soon after Week 7 for FNF did; however, the team didn't anticipate Week 7 being exclusive to Newgrounds for as long as it was, meaning they couldn't actually implement what they wanted because they didn't have Week 7's source code. In the description for the mod after the release of 3.0, the long wait is given a quick summary: after spending two months waiting for Week 7 to release, the team decided to go ahead and continue work anyway, but soon after needed to kick the game's coder out of the group; after that, they decided to just rehaul the game from the ground up. The summary concludes with an apology for the long wait and that the next update probably won't take half a year to release.
• What Could Have Been: The mod was going to include a Neo version of Smoke 'Em Out Struggle, complete with a redesign of Garcello and remixes of his songs, but it soon got cancelled, possibly due to Rageminer, Garcello's voice actor and the co-creator of his mod, accidentally uploading underage Not Safe For Work art on their alt account in Twitter.
