• Actor-Shared Background: Biddle3 voices Shaya Dearest, both of whom are African-American women.
• Content Leak: An unfinished build of the 3X3 update was leaked in June 2022, containing the full audio for all songs previously teased by the developers, some songs that were not, and the full charting for all of them except for "Triple B Trouble." An attempt was made by the developers to permanently lock out players who downloaded the leak from future updates, but between it being easily circumvented (simply delete the mod's cache, named "ShadowMario," in AppData on Windows) and it also affecting players who downloaded the legitimate April Fools' Day build, the lock was swiftly disabled.
• Cross-Dressing Voices: Biddle3, a trans woman, voices the male Pepper Demon.
• Descended Creator: Biddle3, the creator of the mod, also composed the songs and provided the vocals for Shaya Dearest and Pepper Demon.
• Queer Character, Queer Actor: Biddle3 is a trans woman, just like Shaya Dearest, the character she voices.
• Word of Gay: According to the devs, B3 is bisexual, while Pico is gay.
• Word of God: Several things about the characters were confirmed by the devs.
  • B3 has a teddy bear named Bongo.
  • B3 is also a fan of Sonic the Hedgehog, with his favorite game in the series being Sonic Adventure.
  • B3 can speak fluent Korean.
  • Shaya eats the healthiest out of her family, preferring to eat salads. Strangely, the healthier foods she eats work in reverse.
  • Mommy Mearest is half-vampire, just like her daughter.
• What Could Have Been: A crossover with Friday Night Funkin': ENTITY featuring B3 renditions of the cast (or at least AGOTI) was planned, but scrapped following ENTITY's cancellation.
